Which events do you serve?

Music festivals and concerts, including backstage and VIP areas, as well as production teams and technical support at big events.

What do you offer the crew and what do you offer the performers?

For the crew (technicians, security, volunteers) we offer a Crew meal or a Crew full day for those who work 10-14 hours. For performers and their entourage we offer backstage service - a Swedish buffet, fruit, sandwiches and hot dishes, with the performers' special requests (rider).

What is offered for the VIP and sponsor tent?

Cocktail or finger food for sponsors, guests and media. The price is calculated according to our price list for business events.

What does delivery look like at a big event?

We deliver to several locations within the event, in line with the schedule and technical breaks, within the city of Belgrade. The meals are packed for easy consumption in the field, with minimal need for staff.

How far in advance should I send an inquiry?

The sooner the better - for a larger number of people and more locations we need time to plan the logistics. Send an inquiry as soon as you know the date and the approximate number of people.

How is the price formed?

The prices in the offer are per person. We calculate the final price according to the number of people, the chosen meals, and the duration and location of the event, and after your inquiry we send an offer tailored to your event.
