Privacy policy

Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains which personal data we collect through the website www.eliaketering.com, why, with whom we share it and what rights you have, in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia.
1. Who is the data controller

2. What data we collect
- Catering inquiries (companies, slava, birthdays, business events, concerts, film shoots, sports clubs): full name, company or club name, phone, email, date, number of people, delivery address and time, and any note you write yourself.
- Ordering meal plans (Elia Fit): full name, phone, email, delivery address, the chosen plan and, if you enter it, a promo code.
- Nutrition questionnaire: allergies, level of physical activity and foods you do not want. This is health-related data (see section 4).
- Contact form: name, email, phone and your message.
- Website usage data (only with your consent to cookies): pages visited, type of device and browser, approximate location and source of the visit.
We do not knowingly collect data about children. Inquiries for children's parties are sent by a parent or guardian.
3. Why we use the data and on what basis
- Replying to an inquiry and preparing an offer - steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
- Fulfilling the order and delivery - performance of a contract.
- Accounting and legal obligations - compliance with legal obligations.
- Analytics and improving the website - your consent, which you give in the cookie window and can withdraw at any time.
- Answers to your questions and order notifications - our legitimate interest in communicating with customers.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for automated decision-making about you.
4. Health data
Allergies and other nutrition information that you enter in the questionnaire or note are considered a special category of data. We use them solely to prepare meals that are safe and tailored to you, and only with your explicit consent, which you give by sending the questionnaire. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without consequences for meals you have already received.
5. Cookies and analytics
The website uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for visit statistics, but only if you choose to accept in the cookie window. If you decline, these tools are not loaded. Your choice is remembered in your browser (in browser storage, not in a cookie) and you can change it by clearing the site data in your browser.
6. Who we share data with
Data is processed only by our trusted service providers, and only to the extent needed for the website to work:
- an email delivery service (Brevo) - delivery of inquiries and notifications,
- Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Firebase) - statistics and processing of orders and promo codes,
- Vercel - website hosting.
Some of these providers may also process data outside Serbia, with the safeguards required by law. We do not give data to third parties for marketing purposes.
7. How long we keep data
We keep data for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, or as long as legal deadlines require (e.g. for accounting documents). We delete data from inquiries that do not lead to cooperation at your request. We keep health data only as long as needed to prepare your meals.
8. Your rights
You have the right to:
- request access to the data we hold about you and a copy of it,
- request correction of inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data,
- request deletion of data or restriction of processing,
- request transfer of data to another controller,
- object to processing and withdraw consent at any time.
You can send a request to info@eliaketering.com. We reply within 30 days. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can file a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs).
9. Security
The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Access to the collected questionnaires is protected by a username and password and is available only to authorised persons.
10. Changes to the policy
We may change the policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last update.
